In Japan takes place the first marathon for humanoid robots — the androids. Start is planned for February, 24th. Robots should overcome a marathon distance into 42 km. Robots should run 422 circles on a racetrack without a stop (except for those moments when robots will need changeover of a battery). Thus, organizers hope that the androids marathon will be completed on February, 27th when in Tokyo will starts a traditional "human" marathon.
